„Dear Martin,
How propitious that your packet arrived after my dear son’s first day at Kindergarten! I am still marveling at the kindness of human nature and your desire to mend a child’s broken heart. Klara, (known as OllieBolie to Leo) has been his most precious friend since he was an infant and has been clutched in his little hand since he could grasp an object right up to the very day he was stolen at the park. The sorrow and helplessness that Leo felt at losing him was unmatched yet in his short life, as was mine in my inability to help assuage his pain.
His experience shed much light on his creativity, as we have been listening for weeks to elaborate rescue schemes for Klara (OllieBolie) involving the police and military. Your act of kindness is immeasurable. I cannot fully express the joy he felt at Klaras’ arrival, so I am attaching photos with this email. One is of his original contact with Klara as an infant, and the other of him holding Klara now. He sleeps with your kind card you wrote to him on his nightstand and Klara in his arms. Just as he always has since babyhood.
How I wish I could shop at your store for all my gifts for children here in the United States! I cannot say enough about how caring your company and you yourself are about the happiness of a child. It speaks volumes about your character and indeed, the character of handpuppen.de.
Bless you Martin. We are most grateful for your kind heart.
Be well,
Nicole ********
PS-I fully give my consent to have this posted, photos and all, in the reviews segment on your website! I can’t figure out how to post it as the link is in German.“
